Yes, covers are included, which help keep the water cold and clean.

The setup process is straightforward for both products. For the inflatable plunge, simply inflate the tub with air, attach the connections, connect the hoses, fill it with water, and plug the chiller into a grounded outlet.

Yes, the tub is reliable. It is made of military-grade drop stitch polyester fabric, the same material used in inflatable paddle boards and kayaks. This material provides rock-solid rigidity, capable of supporting 200 pounds on its edge without bending or spilling. Thanks to its durable design, the tub generally requires minimal maintenance. However, it may be necessary to top up the air once every few months, depending on the local conditions and usage.

The chillers on our plunges can bring the water down to 37°F.

Yes, our plunges are rated for outdoor conditions, however, it is recommended to place the tub in shade or shelter to enhance cooling efficiency and increase the longevity of the unit.

Our compressors are exceptionally powerful and the water cools at a rate of about 6-7°F per hour when the ambient temperature is around 65°F. It will take approximately 4-5 hours to reach the desired cold temperature for the first use. After that, the water can be cooled to the desired temperature with an hour.

The product should not be operated in ambient temperatures below 40°F. If stored in temperatures below 40°F, it should be drained after use. The maximum recommended operating temperature is 105°F. It is advisable to keep the product in a well-ventilated area, allowing 12 inches of space around the chiller.

We offer 2-year limited warranty for the Plunge Magic Cold Plunge against manufacturing defects. Please note that the warranty does not cover wear-and-tear or abuse of the product. See our warranty page for more information.

The electricity consumption of our cold plunges is influenced by several factors, including the ambient temperature, the desired water temperature setting, exposure to direct sunlight, frequency of switching between cold and hot modes, and local electricity rates. Moreover, the unit can be programmed to minimize the duration it operates at the coldest or hottest temperature, resulting in substantial energy savings. As a general estimate, we anticipate the daily cost of operating the plunges to be below $1, allowing for cost-effective usage and enjoyment of the tub.

The product is shipped to your front door. We recommend at least two people to handle and move the components.

Most of the time, when the water is in the desired range, the chiller does not need to run and the unit is nearly silent. When cooling or heating the water, the chillers give off about the same amount of noise as a window AC unit, or roughly 62 decibels at 3 feet.

The included dual-action manual air pump it takes roughly 2-3 minutes to inflate the tub. You may also use an electric pump to inflate it within seconds.
