Plunge Magic offers a 2-year limited warranty for the Plunge Magic™ Pro and a 2-year limited warranty for the Plunge Magic™ against manufacturing defects. Please note that the warranty does not cover wear-and-tear or abuse of the product. See below for more information and limitations.

GENERAL WARRANTY INFORMATION (Cold Plunges):

Plunge Magic will, at its discretion, provide free replacement of any defective parts or components that have been used and serviced normally within the specified warranty period. If repair or replacement is unfeasible, Plunge Magic may opt for reimbursement of the purchase price upon product return. Kindly note that replacement parts may differ from the original ones, and their availability is subject to change. These are the sole remedies available.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS:

The warranty period for all covered components commences on the delivery date and applies solely to the original purchaser or owner.

When using our cold plunges as hot tubs, standard hot tub sanitizing chemicals, such as Chlorine, should be used as you would in a normal spa. Warm water can foster bacterial growth if not treated with chemicals. We recommend maintaining the plunge temperature below 50°F for optimal performance.

This Residential Limited Warranty is rendered void if the item is utilized in a commercial setting, altered, neglected, misused, abused, or damaged in transit. Moreover, any repairs attempted by unauthorized individuals, or if failure is caused by accidents, acts of nature, or uncontrollable factors beyond the manufacturer’s control, will void the warranty. Neglect, misuse, and abuse include any operation or maintenance not in accordance with the provided instructions, as well as the use of abrasive or non-genuine cleaning agents or parts.

Plunge Magic will not indemnify the customer against any loss, damages, or legal expenses arising from warranty claims.

This Limited Warranty does not cover accessories, insulating covers, or any items attached to or installed on the item after the manufacturing date. Additionally, gaining access to any component for repair or replacement is not covered. The owner assumes responsibility for repair work performed by anyone other than the manufacturer.

LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES: Please be aware that this Limited Warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by Plunge Magic and supersedes any prior, contrary, or additional representations. All other warranties, express or implied, including any statutory warranty or condition of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed, except where prohibited by law. Such warranties, if applicable, are limited to the duration of the warranty periods mentioned above. This exclusion applies even if this warranty fails its essential purposes and regardless of whether damages are sought for breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, or strict liability in tort or under any other legal theory. In no event is Plunge Magic liable for any other form of damages, whether direct, indirect, liquidated, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or special damages, including but not limited to the loss of profit, anticipated savings or revenue, income, business, production, opportunity, or reputation. Please note that some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may also have other legal rights that vary from state to state.

LEGAL RIGHTS: This Limited Warranty provides you with specific legal rights. No other warranties apply to Plunge Magic products except as expressly stated herein or as implied by applicable state and federal laws. You may have additional rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the disclaimer of certain warranties, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
