Return Policy

At Plunge Magic, we firmly believe in the transformative effects of our cold plunge products on your well-being. We proudly offer a risk-free return policy to ensure your satisfaction. If you are within 30 days of receiving your Cold Plunge Bath and your item remains in like-new condition, you may qualify for a return.

Once your return item is inspected and approved, we will initiate the refund process. To begin the return process, kindly access our returns portal through our website.

Upon approval, your full payment will be refunded within 21 days of us receiving the returned item. For customers who made their purchase using one of our preferred financing partners, such as Affirm, please be aware that additional charges might be applicable.

Please note that accessories are not eligible for returns.

Cold Plunges:

In the event an order is canceled before shipment, a cancellation fee of $250 will be incurred by the customer, regardless of whether a deposit or full payment was made. It’s important to clarify that we consider a product “shipped” once a Bill of Lading and tracking number are generated for the freight carrier. Subsequent to the shipment status, cancellations are treated as returns, outlined as follows.

As per our “30 Day Risk-Free Return Policy,” returns are accepted within 30 business days of product receipt. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. All returned items must be in “new” or “like-new” condition, inside their original undamaged manufacturer’s packaging, and accompanied by all original product manuals. Following receipt, inspection, and verification of the item’s “like-new” condition, a full refund will be issued for the product’s purchase price, excluding original shipping charges and subject to a 25% restocking fee. For products promoted with a “Free or Discounted Shipping Promotion,” the actual freight cost of the initial shipment will be subtracted from the refund.

Declining delivery of an item from a commercial shipping company, except for instances of damaged merchandise or shipping errors on our part, will be treated as a return and the aforementioned charges will apply.

Most products are accompanied by the manufacturer’s warranty, available on their packaging or documentation. Our warranty does not extend beyond the manufacturer’s terms.

Custom orders, private label items, and non-standard models are non-refundable.

All returns necessitate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Plunge Magic’s Customer Service Department. Please contact support@plungemagic.com to acquire an RMA. No returns or credits will be processed without an RMA. In order to receive credit or a replacement unit, we must thoroughly inspect your return.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, visit our returns portal or reach out to support@plungemagic.com with your order details and a description of the product issues prompting your return. Items returned without prior communication will not be eligible for a refund.

For malfunctioning products, we provide troubleshooting assistance and will replace items if necessary. Replacement availability depends on current stock levels and may result in delays.

Returned items must be sent back in like-new condition and their original packaging. Refunds may be denied for items that are dirty, damaged, dented, scratched, unsanitary, torn, stained, have odors, or are missing crucial components. Decisions are subject to reasonable discretion by our restocking team.
